About Us
The Afro Center of Excellence will serve as a mechanism for the edification, development, and empowerment of the Afro people in Colombia. The CEA will leverage the institutional capacity of universities, students, professors, faculties, and graduates located in municipalities with a high Afro population. The knowledge, infrastructure, and installed capacity of these universities will empower the Afro renaissance.

The Afro Center of Excellence is born with two titular programs, Education (History of the African Diaspora, and Bilingualism) and the Afro Expo, which serves as the outreach and promotion arm. Attached we are sending you a PowerPoint presentation of the theoretical framework of what we want to create with the Center. The content is not so important, what we want you to see is the framework. Additionally, we are attaching information about the Bilingualism program and the Afro Expo separately.
